Coyote Ridge Golf Club
Carrollton, Texas

This is an 18 hole championship public golf course located in Carrollton, Texas. Playing 6845 yards from the championship tees, Par 71, the course is a premier golf facility for the people of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. It features large bent grass greens, over 70 sand bunkers, scenic water features, and Tifway (419) hybrid Bermuda grass fairways, roughs and tees.

The site is located partly in an abandoned gravel pit bordering the Trinity River and partly on rolling ranch land. The course is routed with nine holes as the center piece of a residential development and the other nine separated from development by the cliffs of the existing quarry. Several of the holes play through the rough quarry surroundings. Construction began in the fall of 1997 and the course opened for play in September of 1999.

Diamondback Golf Club
Abilene, Texas

This is an eighteen hole daily fee championship golf course developed by Lytle Creek Golf Links, which is a company headed by Abilene resident and full time Senior PGA player Charles Coody. The Par 71, 6975 yard course was designed by Williams Golf Architects and Mr. Coody. The course features bentgrass greens and Tifway (419) hybrid bermudagrass fairways, roughs and tees. A full practice facility equipped with a driving range, large putting green and chipping green is also included.

Lytle Creek meanders throughout the site and will come into play on seven of the holes. Three additional lakes were also built on the site. There are naturally occurring rock outcropping on the site and native vegetation in the rough that will provide a unique character to the course. Multiple tee locations on each hole will allow golfers of all abilities to play a challenging and enjoyable round.

Construction began mid-August 1998 and the course opened for play in November 1999.

Nueva Vista Golf Club
Midland, Texas

This Par 72, 6900 yard, 18 hole upscale daily fee golf course is located in Midland, Texas. The course is the centerpiece of Grassland Estates with residential housing around the courses 220 acre perimeter. This west Midland location provides easy access not only from Midland, but from Odessa and the entire Permian Basin as well.

All holes have been designed with the prevailing wind in mind. Some landing areas will be quite broad, with others requiring more accuracy and thought. The greens were planted with bent grass and the tees and fairways will be Tifway (419) hybrid Bermuda grass. There is a 30 station practice facility and a full service golf shop and grill with a tournament pavilion.

Construction of the golf course began in February of 1998. Clubhouse and parking facilities were built early the next year. The facility opened for play in October of 1999.
